LONDON RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
Trinity has been very successful in acquiring and developing residential property in London. We have operated on the basis of acquiring development opportunities and adding value through planning and managing the development process. We have teamed up with established development partners to build out schemes and or trade the assets.
One of these schemes was the Lansbury located in Basil Street, beside the world renowned Harrods.
Trinity is seeking other residential development opportunities.
STUDENT ACCOMMODATION
Trinity has been involved in a number of Student Accommodation projects in the South of England including Bournemouth and Reading.
Trinity's strategy is to identify and acquire properties suitable for conversion to student accommodation which are located close to leading Universities. In conjunction with specialist developers Trinity seeks to procure planning consent and to either sell the property with planning consent or to build out and let the Property and sell to an investor.
LONDON RESIDENTIAL INVESTMENT
Trinity has targeted the London residential investment market recognising the adverse tax changes which have made it more difficult for investors acquiring small numbers of units. Trinity is acquiring new properties directly from developers and managing these on behalf of groups of investors. Because of the underlying strong demand and favourable demographics, the principals of Trinity believe that investment in well-located London assets will generate a good return from income and capital growth as history has proven.
